Foam Column Caps and Entrance Caps

When requesting a quote on column caps the first factor after design is the actual size of your column. Make sure of  it dimensions, for example what is called a 24" square column in many cases is really 25" by 25". This may vary depending on how the column is finished. To get  a quote, please also indicate the quantity of the item and the zip code they would need to be shipped to if you are out of town.

  We can also build your caps with a hole for electric and concrete board for the attachment of a light fixture if required. 

We may use a forklift to load large caps, but they can be easily handled by two people with no problem.

The Caps above were designed with a recess and weighted to allow the home owner to remove  in order to change the light bulbs when necessary.

Our Column Caps are Produced with a Flat Bottom, they can be attached by using Mortar with a Bonding Additive, or
 Use a  Construction Adhesive that states on the package for Foam Board.
They may be painted with any Latex Masonary Paint, semi gloss,or gloss are most often used

This is an order of  raw 25 in. base caps ready to be coated

These  25" Columns were accented with a modified keystone 

We have found one of the most econimacal ways to ship large caps,or  large quanitys of caps is by a dedicated trailer. we will always look into this option for you when giving a quote. The main requirement is you have 2 hours to unload the truck, with foam products this is normally not a problem
