The installation above of 33"balusters was done while the 6" ball code was in effect.
You may now find the code for your area changed to a 4" ball code, which means a 4" ball or sphere can not pass between balusters.

Below are the three most popular balusters we produce. All balusters are cast in white concrete with re-enforcing rod the length of the unit and protruding out of the bottom of the unit for proper anchoring to your concrete deck or balcony. All top rail is cast with 2 pieces of epoxy coated rebar, 33" and 40" balusters are produced with the epoxy rebar also. The 24" balusters are normally cast with non-coated rebar. Know your building code requirements prior to ordering . This can be as easy as a phone call to your local building code department.
